Terms of Service

1. The Service

UDC provides Discord utilities (server population dashboards and lookups, crafting/demolish calculators, message management and role management commands) and a subscription desktop application. Features may change, be added or removed at any time.

2. Eligibility & Discord's rules

You must meet Discord's minimum age and comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for how you and your server's members use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

• Only use moderation commands (e.g. /purge, /nuke, /role) in servers and channels where you have the proper Discord permissions.
• Don't use the Service to harass, spam, or violate anyone's rights or Discord's rules.
• Don't attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

4. Permissions

Some commands require the bot to hold Discord permissions (such as Manage Messages, Manage Channels or Manage Roles) and to sit high enough in the role hierarchy. You grant those permissions at your own discretion and remain responsible for actions you trigger.

5. Destructive actions

Commands such as /purge and /nuke permanently delete messages (and, for /nuke, recreate the channel). These actions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for using them, and UDC is not liable for content removed at your request.

6. Subscriptions & licenses

Certain desktop-app features require an active subscription or license key. Keys are for your own use and must not be shared, resold, or redistributed. We may suspend or revoke access for violations of these Terms.

7. Availability & "as is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that game/server data shown is accurate or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UDC and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot or uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
