What we collect
- Discord identifiers — server (guild), channel, message, role and user IDs needed to run the commands you invoke (e.g. posting a dashboard, assigning a role, deleting messages).
- Command configuration you create — for example, the servers you add to a
/dashboard and the channel it lives in.
- Account & licensing data (desktop app only) — your account username, a securely hashed password, and your subscription/license status.
- Public game data — ARK official server population, which comes from Studio Wildcard's public server list, not from you.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not read, log or store the content of your messages. Commands like
/purge and /nuke delete messages via Discord's API without storing them.
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers.
- We never store your Discord password or payment card details.
How we use it
- To perform the actions you or your server's moderators request through commands.
- To keep live features working (e.g. refreshing a dashboard's player counts).
- To operate accounts, licensing and updates for the desktop app.
- To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.
Where it's stored & security
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, D1, KV, R2). Passwords are hashed, sessions are token-based, and administrative access is protected behind Cloudflare Access. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but no system is 100% secure.
Retention
- Dashboard and configuration data is kept until you delete it (e.g.
/dashboard delete) or remove the bot.
- Server population history is kept for up to 7 days on a rolling basis.
- Account data is kept for the life of the account.
Third-party services
- Discord — the platform the bot operates on (see Discord's own Privacy Policy).
- Cloudflare — hosting and storage.
- QuickChart — renders the population graph images shown by
/server. Only public server numbers/counts are sent to generate a chart.
- Studio Wildcard / ARK CDN — source of public official-server data.
Your choices
You can remove your data at any time by deleting the relevant configuration, removing the bot from your server, or contacting us for account deletion.
